* fixed targeting bug - bot will no longer just target the closest enemy

* Vastly improved the saber system to increase chance of hitting opponent

* damage from falling now comes directly off health (not shields)
* actively seeks backpacks if guns allowed (backpacks are useless for saber battles!)
* bots will now swim up to the surface if they are drowning
* 'eyeoffset' is changed to the weapon's height for the raildet & conc rifle for higher difficulties (stops the bot blowing itself up if there's not enough clearance to shoot)
* Supershield, powerboost & revive powerups all now work
* bots will no longer jump after its target if the target has fallen into a 'pit'
* bot's respawn too close to a player or other bots - fixed
* improved target selection
* improved movement when attacking target
* should no longer continuously huddle in groups - the bots should now move around more during combat
* removed the saber hum for the bots - it was the cause of the weird sound problems reported
* improved targeting for the turret trap in Nar Shadaa
* changed gameplay slightly for Canyon Oasis to improve underwater performance
* seems only to use second swing for saber fighting - fixed

* new target tactic
  - if bot has bryar and target has something better - run & don't engage the target
* Changed how the bots react to force blinding - no longer just stand there 'spinning around'

Force powers!
* Bots can now use all JK force powers!
* Bots require mana to use force powers
* now picks up mana, lightside & darkside surges and uses them
* added force power characteristics - from within JED you can now specify what force powers each bot is allowed to use
* added simple force tactics
  - if bot has saber and enemy has gun and is close - force pull enemy's gun
  - if low health - force heal
* the 'real' persuasion doesn't work with actors in MP, so it's a hack and uses a simple 'twinkle' effect using custom particles
